Job Description:

The Program Management Jr Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.

Job Responsibility:

Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
Gathers program data needed to complete program plans and help create them
Collects program performance data
Tracks program issues and resolutions
Creates and documents the program Work Breakdown Structure
Updates program artifacts with approved changes
Gathers data to create program schedule management plan
Maintains program documents including program charter, communication plan and risk management plan
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
Demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup
Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Adhering to Policy and applying sound ethical judgment
Escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

Previous program management experience preferred
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Clear understanding of all Citi policies and procedures that directly impact TPM and Business Stakeholders
Ability to build strong internal relationships and help strengthen controls and awareness across Citi businesses globally
Ability to perform pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities
Provide expert guidance and support on key controls, standard processes, operating procedures
Monitor reports to ensure third-party management policy compliance
Monitor progress on third-party remediation activities
Ensure timely completion of third-party related risk information updates
Respond to TPM related queries/concerns via Phone/e-mail/chats
Ensure queries are processed within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Engage with Third Party Officers (TPOs) and Sector/Regional Risk teams
Liaise with Third Party Officers and Business Activity Owners
Provide support for execution of third-party risk management activities
