Program Management Jr Analyst

• Provide operational support and quality assurance to businesses across Citi
• Implement standardized processes related to compliance with Citi policies
• Guide internal stakeholders with strong communication and diplomacy skills
• Ensure data accuracy for third-party metrics reporting
• Take ownership of specified projects and tasks
• Facilitate and coordinate risk management activities throughout the third-party management lifecycle
• Initiate process changes to align with new risks and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations (OCC, GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, and Country specific Local Laws etc.)
• Providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and other business stakeholders on end-to-end Third-Party Management requirements
• Facilitating and coordinating with various Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security and Continuity of Business (CoB)
• Act as Level 1 Reviewer in the team
• Understand the nuances of the Third-Party Management process in detail
• Participation in team meetings to analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed
• Verify if third parties’ policies and procedures are compliant with Citi’s policies and procedures, report gaps to senior management
• Identify opportunities for better control and productivity enhancement through process reengineering and automation projects
• Analyze data and forecast trends related to inherent risks
• Build controls to mitigate such risks
• Work with Operations standards team to identify process gaps
• Collaborate on data-related tasks for Internal and External Auditors
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all deliverables
