Job Description:

The Program Management Jr Analyst will support Citi’s Third-Party Management Program by implementing standardized processes, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with Citi’s policies. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, process reengineering, and data analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Execute day-to-day activities in support of Citi’s Third-Party Management Program
Implement standardized processes related to compliance with Citi’s policies
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy for third-party related metrics reporting
Facilitate periodical review meetings with stakeholders
Coordinate with policy owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, and Info Security
Act as Level 1 Reviewer for the Third-Party Management process
Support management in reporting and specified projects
Detect and mitigate risks with third parties
Enhance controls and productivity via reengineering and automation initiatives
Ensure documentation compliance and align process changes with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Strong knowledge about Third Party Lifecycle Management, Regulatory guidelines, Contract Terms & conditions, Information Security, Regulations (OCC, GDPR, Data Privacy Laws, and Country specific Local Laws)
Providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs) and other business stakeholders on end-to-end Third-Party Management requirements
Facilitating and coordinating with various Policy Owners in areas such as Data Privacy, Export Licensing, Information Security and Continuity of Business (CoB)
Act as Level 1 Reviewer and understand the nuances of the Third-Party Management process in detail
Analyze documentation and processes to ensure risks and control points are properly addressed
Assist management group in gathering data and information for supervisors’ reporting and taking ownership of specified projects and tasks
Verify if third parties’ policies and procedures comply with Citi’s policies and procedures, reporting gaps to senior management
Identify opportunities for better control and productivity enhancement through process reengineering initiatives and automation projects
Analyze data and forecast trends with respect to inherent risks associated with third parties
Strong organization skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build partnerships across Citi businesses
Strong risk, process, and project management skills
Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds
Minimum 6+ years in financial services or banking industry
Professional Qualification preferably CA fresher’s
Excellent communication skills
Good Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree required
CA qualification preferred
