Program Management Intermediate Analyst

• Ensure creation of program scope management plan
• Create program schedule management plan
• Ensure corrective action when program schedule variances occur
• Create program quality management plan
• Identify quality standards and metrics
• Develop test plans, test cases and scripts
• Identify defects and recommend appropriate course of action
• Perform root cause analyses
• Design and develop high quality presentations
• Capture and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support IT processes such as change management, release planning, UAT and incident resolution
• Collect, measure, and analyze program performance data
• Review and analyze financials including investigation of variances
• Monitor monthly productivity
• Maintain hiring and attrition tracker
• Provide weekly variance analysis on HC movement
• Support preparation of monthly packages for senior partners

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Collections Experience Preferred
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
• In-depth specialty knowledge with solid understanding of industry standards and practices
• Analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to operate with limited level of direct supervision
• Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Basic understanding of how own area integrates within IT testing to achieve objectives
• Sound and comprehensive communication skills to exchange complex information
• Willing to work in India Night Shifts
