CSIS (Citi Security Investigative Services) is a corporate security function operating across more than 100 countries, responsible for the security and safety of Citi's employees and facilities. CSIS leads Citi's response during security incidents and crisis events, valuing employees who prioritize the well-being of colleagues and respond with urgency to a diverse range of incidents. This role will function as a key strategic partner supporting the Head of Security and the Security Program Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the security function's leadership activities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the project management and execution of high-priority, sensitive security initiatives directly on behalf of the Head of Security
Manage the agenda for the CSIS Security Leadership Forum, ensuring topics are strategic, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities
Oversee the tracking of all major security program deliverables and assigned actions to ensure accountability and timely completion
Provide critical support to the Security Leadership Team during crisis events, including convening and leading Security Event Triage groups to manage and respond to significant incidents
Produce and deliver regular and ad-hoc security program updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and internal stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, business-focused insights
Provide sophisticated analysis and interpretive thinking to define complex problems and develop innovative solutions, leveraging a comprehensive knowledge of the business
Directly impact business direction and strategic decisions, influencing and negotiating with senior leaders across functions
Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level employees and be responsible for resource management and allocation of work
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy and applying sound ethical judgment
Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a Program Management planning role
Advanced level of experience in Project Management
Subject matter expert in one or more areas of planning
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
