Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to own and drive execution of largescale, technically complex programs that span AI systems, developer platforms, infrastructure, and external ecosystems. This role is responsible for delivering multi-quarter initiatives from concept through launch, while building and scaling a high-performing Technical Program Management organization. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and external partners, bringing clarity, rigor, and accountability to some of the company's most critical technical programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive execution of a portfolio of large, multi-quarter technical programs from planning through delivery
  • Define clear program goals, successful metrics, milestones, dependencies, and operating rhythms
  • Identify risks early and actively drive cross-team resolution and tradeoff decisions
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, research, infrastructure, and business teams
  • Align stakeholders across organizations and geographies around shared priorities and outcomes
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex execution and dependency challenges
  • Lead execution of initiatives spanning developer platforms, AI tooling, ecosystem integrations, and partner collaborations
  • Coordinate technical readiness, launch execution, and post-launch follow-through
  • Ensure programs deliver clear and measurable value to developers, partners, and end customers
  • Drive technically complex initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, AI systems, and performance-sensitive workloads
  • Coordinate across software, hardware, and partner teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
  • Own execution for customer-facing and partner-facing technical programs
  • Act as a senior point of coordination during high-visibility external engagements

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or systems leadership
  • Proven track record leading large, cross-functional, technically complex programs
  • Strong technical foundation in one or more of the following areas: AI/ML systems, Cloud or large-scale infrastructure, Performance engineering, Developer platforms or tooling
  • Experience working directly with senior engineering leadership, partners, and customers
  • Demonstrated people management and organizational leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI inference, performance optimization, or distributed systems
  • Background working with developer ecosystems or open-source communities
  • Experience leading programs across multiple regions or time zones
