The Data & Reporting Analyst is a role within the Citi program Management Council (CPMC) organization, reporting to the CPMC Data & Reporting Group Manager, focused on the production and distribution of executive reporting on Citi’s Book of Work.
Job Responsibility:
Produces Citi Executive reports on Citi’s project work focused on Status, Performance, Health and Quality
Responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews, to ensure a zero-defect executive report
Focus on on-time delivery of reporting as defined by the Reporting Calendar published by Data & Reporting team
Identify process improvement and opportunities for automation and efficiency within their own processes and operations
Support enhancement process for Program Management application, tools and reports
Responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team
See tool enhancements through to delivery (i.e. Define business requirements, Participate in User Acceptance Testing, etc.)
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Interfaces with senior project management staff and client senior management and Organization PMO representatives regarding BAU and ad-hoc reporting needs and any questions around data
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in a similar function, executing data reporting and analysis
Excellent analytical and reporting skills, focusing on quality and automated reporting
Attention to detail and data quality are must have skills in this position
Ability to deliver "business as usual" reports with 100% data accuracy under tight & strict deadlines while also comfortable with data automation projects (hands on / working with IT)
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, graphs and charts)
Strong collaboration skills with peers across global working groups
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Experience with macros are nice to have
Knowledge of KNIME/Alteryx/MS Access or any other similar tool is a nice to have but not a requirement
