The Program Management Analyst is a developing professional role focused on monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating programs, executing projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational methodologies and risk management policies.
Job Responsibility:
Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
conducts routine operational or administrative work
administers defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
manages execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology
develops, prioritizes and submits project plans, budgets and methodologies
defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations
takes ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects
monitors progress and performance against the project plan
identifies and resolves operational problems and minimizes delays
evaluates and authorizes changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project
selects and manages ongoing relationships with external contractors
leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of project managers
ensures that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications.
Requirements:
0-2 years relevant experience
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
a clear understanding of all Citi policies and procedures that directly impact TPM and our Business Stakeholders
ability to build strong internal relationships
perform pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities
provide expert guidance on key controls, processes, and procedures
monitor reports to ensure compliance with third-party management policies
monitor third party’s performance to SLAs
respond to TPM related queries via Phone/e-mail/chats
ensure that queries and requests are processed within SLA
engage with Third Party Officers and Sector/Regional Risk teams as necessary
support the preparation for third party onsite reviews
participate in continuous improvement activities.
