Job Description:

The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities in support of Citi's Third-Party Management Program, including the implementation of key, standardized processes related to compliance with Citi's policies and standards; guiding internal stakeholders; Strong communication and diplomacy skills is required. Takes overall responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results; Provide guidance to internal stakeholders; monitoring the timely and effective completion of activities related to Third Party lifecycle; and ensuring data accuracy for the reporting of third-party related metrics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Executing day-to-day activities in support of Citi's Third-Party Management Program
  • Implementing key, standardized processes related to compliance with Citi's policies and standards
  • Guiding internal stakeholders
  • Taking overall responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results
  • Monitoring the timely and effective completion of activities related to Third Party lifecycle
  • Ensuring data accuracy for the reporting of third-party related metrics
  • Looking for ways to improve the current process and share best practices
  • Participating in team meetings to analyze documentation and processes
  • Assisting management group in gathering data and information
  • Providing process guidance and support to Third Party Officers and Business Activity Owners
  • Facilitating and coordinating with various Policy Owners
  • Providing guidance to junior TPU analysts
  • Acting as Level 2 Reviewer
  • Verifying if third parties' policies and procedures are complaint to Citi's policies
  • Identifying opportunities for better control and productivity enhancement
  • Analyzing data and forecast trends with respect to inherent risk
  • Working with Operations standards team to identify process gaps
  • Providing data to management team for Internal and external Auditors
  • Initiating process changes in line with new emerging risks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of working experience in financial services / Banking industry
  • Preferred 3+ years of direct, relevant experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management or Audit related work
  • Knowledge of third-party management risk and control methodologies and best practices
  • Team management skills preferred
  • Supply chain management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Professional Qualifications including CA/ICWA/ACS etc
