Job Description:

The Program Management Analyst role involves supporting and overseeing various functions, including managing projects, monitoring compliance, and ensuring successful implementation of organizational policies. The role aims to assess risk, drive best practices, and support third-party management while fostering strong internal collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning, directing and coordinating activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
  • conducting routine operational or administrative work
  • administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
  • managing execution of projects in accordance with methodology
  • developing, prioritizing and submitting project plans, budgets and methodologies
  • defining project resources, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations
  • taking ownership of successful implementation of projects
  • leading the most complex or critical projects
  • monitoring progress, resolving problems and minimizing delays
  • evaluating and authorizing changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline
  • managing relationships with external contractors
  • leading and developing a team of project managers
  • ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • clear understanding of all Citi policies and procedures that directly impact TPM and Business Stakeholders
  • ability to build strong internal relationships
  • perform pre-contract due diligence and post-contract ongoing monitoring activities
  • ability to provide expert guidance and support on key controls, standard processes, and procedures
  • ability to proactively monitor and address third-party remediation activities
  • ability to engage with Third Party Officers (TPOs) as well as Sector and Regional Risk teams
  • ability to monitor third-party performance, customer complaints, and compliance standards
  • experience in preparing for third-party onsite reviews
  • ability to continuously improve processes and tasks.
