Job Description:

In this role you will provide broad acquisition support to the USAF Program Acquisition Executive for Fighters and Advanced Aircraft (PAE Fighters) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. This is a full-time on-site position without a telework option.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide broad acquisition support to the USAF Program Acquisition Executive for Fighters and Advanced Aircraft (PAE Fighters) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio
  • Assist in independently applying/demonstrating proficiency in various project/program initiatives
  • Provide expert-level issue resolution and recommendation support
  • Build and maintain business relationships between program office, supporting Government offices, other contractors, USAF AFMC, AFLCMC, AFRL, Air Combat Command (ACC), AFGSC, and higher headquarters' staff
  • Participate in and represent F/B portfolio programs in the Service Core Function process
  • Possess USAF MAJCOM expertise for understanding broad user warfighter requirements
  • Prepare and review data, coordinate with managers, and finalize documentation for presentations
  • Support analytic identification of needs and development of requirements
  • Identify and solve problems and influence science and technology investment decisions
  • Apply expertise of acquisition process and policy matters
  • Execute collaborative process bridging warfighter capability needs
  • Support and represent F/B interests in TIMs and working groups
  • Support studies and analysis of tradeoffs for future platform capabilities
  • Provide capability planning including technology solution sets, strategy, cost savings, and sustainment

Requirements:

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
  • High School Diploma plus 20 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 16 years of relevant experience
  • Active DoD/DoW TS/SCI required
