As a Program Group Manager, you'll be a core part of the team responsible for delivering and executing strategic programs for Citi's Custody and Fund Services. This role is central to bridge the gap between business, operations, and technology to enhance our product offerings and meet complex client needs.
Job Responsibility
Help drive program management for a key strategic initiative, partnering closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Technology
Collaborate with technology and business partners to effectively plan, prioritize, and escalate project deliverables
Provide regular updates to senior internal stakeholders
Take ownership of delivering a consistent and efficient operating model across all Citi regions
Develop high-level strategic requirements and documentation, playing an integral role in translating business needs into actionable business requirements or user stories
Drive the internal adoption of new technologies and strategic solutions across regions, ensuring all internal stakeholders are educated and aligned on the product vision
Represent the business by clearly articulating the strategic vision and benefits of the platform to clients, prospects, and consultants
Reinforce key product messaging through various channels, including RFP responses and client presentations
Requirements
Deep knowledge of the Custody and Fund Services industry, particularly within Global Custody services and the regulatory landscape in the UK and Ireland
A strong working knowledge of the broader securities services’ ecosystem (Front, Middle, and Back Office) is required
Proven experience delivering complex data and reporting projects in a technical and business-focused environment
Demonstrated experience working on projects involving modern technology, architecture, and infrastructure is essential
Excellent ability to establish, build, and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills are critical for success in this role
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of virtual teams to deliver on strategic outcomes
Strong collaboration, coaching, and organizational skills are a must
