Job Description

Program assists and supports pregnant women, families who are fostering or have adopted children, biological parents of children up to 36 months. These clients require extremely passionate and confidential communication, including a willingness to support their specialized needs and advocate for their choice to foster/adopt or choose life.

Job Responsibility

  • Initial client intake, including completion of Program Counselor Checklist and ensuring successful completion of client intake forms
  • explanation of services provided
  • discuss client primary needs and goals
  • connect or refer clients to necessary benefits as needed
  • escort client to warehouse for shopping
  • reports directly to Counselor Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • some college preferred
  • basic tech knowledge navigating software and data entry
  • must pass background check
  • must complete 6 hours of program training
  • must be reliable with reliable transportation
  • must be available to work all open hours as listed
