The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of municipal programs, including recreational events, and facilities, which may include the Everett Leonard Pool. Job Responsibility:
Plan, implement, and oversee recreational programs, events, and activities
Coordinate operations of recreational facilities, including the Everett Leonard Pool
Promote programs through social media, town website, and outreach efforts
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and community inquiries
Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and oversight of seasonal staff (e.g., lifeguards)
Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and program-related financial activities
Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and town departments
Support maintenance coordination and identify facility safety needs
