Job Responsibility:
Facilitate the setup of new program sites and ensure smooth operations
Organize and lead regular meetings with service providers and key stakeholders
Disseminate organizational policies to staff, partners, and program participants
Conduct orientations for newly onboarded staff to familiarize them with program protocols
Act as a primary liaison to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Ensure consistent communication between service providers and organizational staff
Oversee staff registration processes and ensure proper identification measures are in place
Coordinate efforts with homeless service providers and other stakeholders to meet program objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector
Proven ability to manage timelines and schedules effectively
Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills to maintain collaboration among diverse groups
Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service
Proficiency in master scheduling and coordination
Ability to work on-site and adapt to evolving needs
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and program implementation
