As a Program Coordinator, you will play an essential role in planning, organizing, and executing program activities to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate program schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure timely completion of tasks
Track program milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
Support data collection, reporting, and analytics to measure program effectiveness
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and streamline processes
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members and external partners
Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and correspondence
Assist with program outreach, marketing, and participant engagement as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of solid meeting or event planning experience
Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or related administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience PowerPoint Coordinating events
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially outlook, word excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
