Job Description

Join our sustainability and human rights team to support programs focused on enhancing the rights, safety, and well-being of workers in our global manufacturing partners. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in social compliance and responsible sourcing, with a passion for improving working conditions across global supply chains.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day coordination for social compliance and worker well-being programs
  • manage program documentation, governance, metrics tracking, and supplier communications
  • maintain systems for audit and Corrective Action Plan tracking, performance scorecards, and subcontractor traceability
  • conduct research on emerging legislation, human rights risks, and best practices
  • assist with data analysis related to wages, audits, or risk indicators
  • support monthly reporting, leadership updates, and KPI tracking
  • coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to advance program deliverables
  • maintain project trackers, shared documentation, and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and training content
