Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day coordination for social compliance and worker well-being programs
manage program documentation, governance, metrics tracking, and supplier communications
maintain systems for audit and Corrective Action Plan tracking, performance scorecards, and subcontractor traceability
conduct research on emerging legislation, human rights risks, and best practices
assist with data analysis related to wages, audits, or risk indicators
support monthly reporting, leadership updates, and KPI tracking
coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to advance program deliverables
maintain project trackers, shared documentation, and prepare meeting materials, presentations, and training content
Requirements:
experience in program coordination
