Job Responsibility

Oversee daily clinical operations of inpatient neurology and teleneurology programs across assigned facilities
Coordinate coverage models and staffing strategies for neurologists and advanced practice providers, and collaborate with scheduling teams to implement
Ensure smooth integration and operation of telemedicine operations in cooperation with internal and external stroke coordinators and medical directors
Monitor and analyze clinical metrics (e.g., daily volumes, CPT code distributions) to drive performance improvements
Facilitate the development and implementation of standardized protocols, workflows, and care pathways in collaboration with Medical Directors and Stroke Coordinators
Facilitate clinical case reviews and continuing education in collaboration with Medical Directors and Stroke Coordinators
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including CMS and Joint Commission standards
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telemedicine regulations and licensure requirements across states within the region
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, physicians, and nursing leadership
Represent the neurology service line with strategic planning and business development initiatives
