We are looking for a competent Admissions Officer to undertake a variety of administrative and operational tasks. You will help in activities related to course enrolment and issuing of certificates as well as carry out essential operational duties. To be an excellent Admissions Officer, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of pre and post-enrolment activities.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing applications and applicants for course enrolment
Manage all communications of Refunds, Deferments & certificate issuance
Point of Contact for any questions related to certificate issuance, pre-enrolment, and post enrolment queries
Collaborating between teams (Marketing, Sales, and Program Support) to ensure timely response to participants
Managing all reminders related to pending payment installments
Creating certificate templates according to affiliated schools
Creating and Circulating key reports to required stakeholders
Requirements:
2-5 Yrs of proven experience as Admissions Officer or relevant position
Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office
Detail-oriented and efficient
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
