This is a high-impact contract for a Program Assurance Specialist to lead a rapid documentation remediation project. You will address critical evidence gaps identified in recent quality reviews, ensuring all program documentation is standardised, validated, and ready. Operating across a complex portfolio, you will be responsible for recovering forensic artefacts and providing surge support to ensure continued delivery success. This role offers a long-term engagement through to June 2026 for a professional with exceptional governance and assurance discipline.
Job Responsibility:
Locate, catalogue, and validate all program and project artefacts for audit readiness
Apply standardised templates and version control across the entire project portfolio
Coordinate reviews, approvals, and formal sign-offs with key stakeholders
Partner with SMEs and the Assurance Lead to close identified evidence gaps
Execute remediation plans arising from IQA/TQA and Gateway recommendations
Ensure all program collateral is forensic, verified, and standardised for reviews
Requirements:
Proven experience in program-wide documentation remediation and assurance uplift
Expertise in forensic artefact recovery and audit-readiness at scale
Coordination skills across complex,multi-project digital governance framework
