Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at administrative support, organization, and communication. In this role, you will assist the Assertive Community Treatment Team by managing clerical tasks and providing front desk support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment at the front desk
  • Perform routine administrative and office tasks, including managing schedules and records
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in the Electronic Health Record system
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for document creation, data entry, and communication
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval
  • Support the Assertive Community Treatment Team by addressing clerical needs
  • Handle communication with attention to detail, both verbally and in writing
  • Monitor and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Assist in creating a structured and efficient office environment

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles or similar positions
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities, including multitasking and record-keeping
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with electronic health records or similar systems is preferred
  • Experience working with mental health populations is a plus
