Job Description

Client is looking for a candidate to start ASAP as a Program Assistant for a Non-Profit Organiation. This is a full-time on site role, in Ladera Heights (LA 90056). Job: Program Assistant II.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain new case files and keep track of all parent and provider files ordered
  • Organize and maintain filing system of fraud records and materials and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment for individual unit
  • Maintain a daily log of all documents, ordered, copied and delivered to the various law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials in Los Angeles County
  • Coordinate and comply with all requests for information from other agencies (local law enforcement, DPSS, Housing Authority, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum two years general office
  • Experience working with parents receiving subsidized child care or social support services preferred, with a minimum one year of experience in a administrative or clerical support position
  • High School diploma required
  • Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred
  • years of related work experience can be substituted for the AA degree
  • Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication and customer relations skills
  • Requires strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Must have considerable accuracy and ability to produce in a timely manner
  • Must be flexible and able to multi-task while working in a collaborative, team environment with a positive attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience working with parents receiving subsidized child care or social support services preferred
  • Associate of Arts degree in the Social Sciences field preferred
