Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Assistant I to support program operations through administrative coordination, data entry, and documentation management. This role is highly administrative and will focus on maintaining program records, tracking procedures, and supporting internal teams with program-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate program records and documentation
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and tracking tools to support program reporting
  • Track procedures, program activities, and internal documentation updates
  • Support internal teams with administrative coordination and program support tasks
  • Prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, or internal program communications
  • Coordinate meetings, document notes, and assist with tracking follow-up actions
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure documentation is current

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation tracking, or program support preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and remain responsive during the workday
