Job Description:

This position works as a partner with the Office of the Secretary, Division of Management Services, Division of Community Corrections, Division of Juvenile Corrections and as a counterpart to other division Program and Policy Chiefs. This position seeks to ensure performance-based measurement and assessment of programs and initiatives with consideration of the operational and financial impacts on the Division and Department whereby policy framework guides program delivery and division operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works as a partner with the Office of the Secretary, Division of Management Services, Division of Community Corrections, Division of Juvenile Corrections and as a counterpart to other division Program and Policy Chiefs
  • Ensures performance-based measurement and assessment of programs and initiatives with consideration of the operational and financial impacts on the Division and Department
  • Performs administrative and managerial functions to identify, assess, adapt, develop, implement, evaluate and improve/discontinue complex program, policy and organizational components within the Division and Department
  • Contributes to the development and completion of strategic plans, projects and initiatives ensuring data-driven decision making
  • Leads and participates in projects involving Department resources within and outside the unit supervised
