Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess performance, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against goals and KPIs
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
  • Support program planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts
  • Monitor progress of ongoing programs, identifying risks, issues, and areas for improvement
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to the program
  • Collaborate with program managers and teams to develop and refine performance measurement tools
  • Assist in budget analysis, financial tracking, and resource allocation for programs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate the collection of qualitative and quantitative feedback from program participants and partners
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program analysis, project analysis, or a related analytical role
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Swedish language skills are an advantage

Nice to have:

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale or international programs
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in a program context
