Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess performance, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against goals and KPIs
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
Support program planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts
Monitor progress of ongoing programs, identifying risks, issues, and areas for improvement
Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to the program
Collaborate with program managers and teams to develop and refine performance measurement tools
Assist in budget analysis, financial tracking, and resource allocation for programs
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate the collection of qualitative and quantitative feedback from program participants and partners
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and outcomes

Requirements:

Proven experience in program analysis, project analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English
Swedish language skills are an advantage

Nice to have:

Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale or international programs
Familiarity with program management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in a program context
