The position is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of the company's aftermarket support programs and services. This role oversees financial and technical performance for SEDA aftermarket programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal objectives. The position leverages expert-level Power BI skills to create, analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making across programs.
Job Responsibility:
Manage cross-functional activities with multiple departments
Analyze root causes of program performance issues and recommend solutions
Assist in preparing proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare program management reviews, progress reports, and presentations
Develop and implement initiatives to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
Risk mitigation plans implemented within agreed timelines
Design and maintain interactive dashboards for program performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs
Automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency
Perform advanced data modeling and visualization to support strategic decisions
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in program or operations management
Proven experience in program management principles and tools
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
Strong knowledge of avionics and avionic components, including repair schemes and capabilities
Ability to interpret Component Maintenance Manuals and technical documentation
Working knowledge of SAP
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Dynamic and organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Experience working in a cross-functional setting, preferable in a support role
