Job Responsibility:

  • Recommend process improvements based on data insights and workflow analysis
  • Present data insights, compliance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain databases for environmental compliance data collection, tracking and risk assessments
  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Teamcenter, and Excel
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements by collecting and validating data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow
  • Provide support for regulatory monitoring and communication activities to ensure continuity in compliance efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fully bilingual in both English and French
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least five (5) years of experience in data analytics or data management role, in aerospace or similar field
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance
  • Good sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel

Nice to have:

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
  • Experience with Teamcenter is an asset
