The Program Administrator will support the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility ensuring that Customer Expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Job Responsibility:
Support the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility ensuring that Customer Expectations are met and/or exceeded
Support of Sales and Customer
Coordinate all activity with Sales, Customer beginning with request for quote, coordinate with Quoting, pricing, entry to quote tool and quotation follow up
Work to SOP’s when coordinating order placement write up orders/change orders and facilitate customer to plant discussions with regard to problem solving as we tool product
Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution
Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities
Administer and coordinate with the plant and communicate order status and commits to the customer(s)
Understand the customer(s) contract terms and its implications on the order process
Manage the customer(s) backlog/demand
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Min 2 years clerical/customer service Program administration experience
AS Degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environment
Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
