Job Description

For our client – worldwide leader in innovative IT and networking technologies – we are currently looking for a Professional Services Project Manager. We are looking for a proven leader with expertise in project management to join our Professional Services team. This position requires experience with a wide breadth of oversight responsibilities spanning the entire project lifecycle for our Telco domain software projects, including management of scope, financials, people, work, risks, issues, communications, quality, configuration, infrastructure, procurement, and most importantly our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • On-site presence in Japan with Client – being physically present in meetings
  • Cultural and communication bridge – translating not just language but emotions, culture, and context between client and Internal teams
  • Practical facilitation – helping secure lab access, connecting teams to right client contacts, promoting technical solutions
  • Status management – organizing appropriate status updates tailored to client’s business culture
  • Integration support – assisting with software integration testing and specification elaboration for releases
  • Individual contributor role – hands-on work, not managing a team
  • flat organizational culture
