Job Description:

SpaceBridge is hiring a Professional Service specialist to deliver system deployments and technical support for our satellite network solutions. You will be the frontline engineering contact for our customers, resolving issues, maintaining operational hubs, and driving troubleshooting, while also leading system integration, testing, on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training for new deployments. Be part of a team delivering innovative satellite connectivity solutions worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the project engineer for customer deployments (Kickoff/closure, FAT/SAT, configuration, acceptance)
  • Deliver technical training to operators and administrators
  • Provide Tier-2 technical support to operational systems (remote and on-site)
  • Diagnose and resolve network and system issues promptly, escalating when needed
  • Test new products/features and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain documentation, report major issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in field service / system integration (telecom preferred)
  • Strong IP networking skills (routing, VPN, firewalls, TCP/UDP)
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and ideally in satellite communications
  • Strong communication & customer-facing skills
  • Availability to travel worldwide + on-call rotation

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or similar network credential
  • Experience with satellite communications, RF test tools, spectrum analyzers, and monitoring systems
  • Multilingual capabilities: English, French, Spanish, Arabic, etc.
