Professional Senior, Engineering, Project Management

• Manage engineering-related projects and activities related to major milestones for existing and/or new platforms
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure for the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
• Lead and coordinate Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities
• Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
• Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
• Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews

• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience
• 8+ years in project management or aerospace
• Familiar with Program/Project Management processes and principles
• Sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience
• Professional attitude and superior communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
• Natural leadership and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Naturally curious and willing to increase technical knowledge
