Secure BA ownership and IP where suitable and secure a proprietary system. First project may be on seats, to ensure a thorough understanding and ownership of the seat mechanism ahead of the industrialization phase. Applying technical knowledge to design, develop, and validate test methods, processes, fixtures, and automation systems. Be involved in cabin research and development activities and participate in the evaluation of materials under development. Develop cabinet, mechanism, and system components from concept to final prototype. Define and design the configuration of cabin systems. Improve prototype concepts through the process of iteration, testing, and design review. Conduct studies, analyses, and calculations to guide designers, technicians and project managers in their work using general and specific technical parameters. Work on the development, design, and testing of various mechanical/electrical systems.
