Support the definition and optimization of production line workflows, layouts, and equipment needs, while contributing to scrap‑reduction initiatives and cycle‑time improvements to increase overall output. Also support the continuous improvement activities in production area.
Job Responsibility:
Support scrap‑reduction initiatives and cycle‑time improvement activities within the production lines
Define, describe, and prepare work instructions for production line rework processes
Support in the new manufacturing process development and implementation
Collaborate in the development of quality and support documentation to production processes
Support the definition of production layout
Prepare support documentation with the results of the testing phase and Quality documentation for new products
Assist in continuous improvement process
Support the Maintenance Management Tools (Preventive / Predictive)
Support the development of the machines specifications
Respect the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace
Comply with safety standards, quality, productivity and hygiene
Participate actively in the continuous improvement of the environmental system management
Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations such as Ethics Code
Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when needs or service convenience warranted for a period of time defined as necessary
