Job Description:

A Professional Indemnity Solicitor position within a top law firm's award-winning Insurance practice, focusing on high-profile and complex professional indemnity legal work, with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Defend high value and complex claims
Support the investigation and defense of technically complex cases
Handle claims against a variety of professional service providers, including accountants, actuaries, architects, bankers, brokers, engineers, financial advisers, IT professionals, media professionals, medical practitioners, lawyers, surveyors, and valuers
Address insurance and reinsurance disputes

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
Solid track record in dealing with professional indemnity insurance claims
Experience with D&O, coverage, and/or professional negligence within the insurance industry
Ability to investigate and defend high value and/or technically complex cases
