Job Description:

A Professional Indemnity Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Manchester. This role involves defending high value and complex claims, focusing on claims and related insurance issues concerning a variety of professional service providers. The position offers a great work-life balance and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Defend high value and complex claims
handle claims and related insurance issues concerning various professional service providers including lawyers, accountants, architects, bankers, brokers, engineers, financial advisers, IT professionals, media professionals, medical practitioners, surveyors and valuers
manage disputes ranging from small claims to multi-million cases

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
solid track record dealing with professional indemnity insurance claims
experience with D&O and coverage/professional negligence claims within the insurance industry
ability to investigate and defend high value and/or technically complex cases
