Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases as part of a prestigious and well established team.

Job Responsibility:

investigating and defending technically challenging cases
working on a varied caseload of insurance disputes to include professional indemnity matters, D&O claims and coverage issues

Requirements:

qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
strong experience in D&O, professional indemnity or professional negligence
