As the Professional Education Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional training and product support to clinicians across your region. You'll partner closely with our account teams to help hospitals successfully adopt our MedSurg portfolio in identified strategic accounts following successful conversion, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into hospital environments. A key part of this role is to ensure retention of business for the FLC portfolio supporting the Therapy Specialists with driving Wellness and Healthcheck audits in nominated accounts playing a crucial role in product and connectivity adoption, satisfaction and retention. As an expert subject matter, you will be responsible for designing and delivering regionally relevant curricula and train the trainer training programs closely aligned with Baxter standardised implementation guides, tailored to individual customer requirements. Key to success is optimizing Baxter digital learning platforms and in-person delivery models and aligning with global education as well as local commercial strategies. You will serve as a critical link between clinical stakeholders, internal account teams including Therapy & Connectivity Specialists across your region & you will successfully roll out & deliver train the trainer programmes, through identification of super-users, education leads and link trainers on the wards.
Job Responsibility:
Build & deliver effective training plans in strategic accounts following successful conversion to Baxter solutions
Identify, collaborate and build close relationships with key stakeholders responsible for education & training in nominated accounts
Partner with the Therapy Specialist team to coordinate & deliver Wellness checks in nominated accounts
Deliver technical product training across multiple shift patterns and clinical grades
Develop a strong understanding of hospital IT systems, cybersecurity, connectivity standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR), and system interoperability to enable support in key projects across the UKI
Support product training, troubleshooting, and adoption in real-world the clinical setting
Build and deliver Train the Trainer programmes designed around local hospital requirements
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to help meet regional account strategic plans
Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial and Marketing Teams to ensure content accuracy and strategic accuracy
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of technical training
Maintain accurate CRM records and training logs
Project manage & deliver installations, and ongoing technical product support
Gather & analyse customer feedback and relay insights to sales and marketing teams
Support sales teams with application knowledge, market insight, and account development
Design and/or contribute to the development of training manuals and support documentation
Produce timely activity reports, documentation, and internal communications
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to ensure training content relevance
Requirements:
Band 4 NMC registered nurse or relevant experience in MedTech or Med/Surg acute setting
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Full UK Driving Licence
Comfortable with overnight stays
Deep understanding of the NHS – workflows, stakeholder groups, procurement processes
Understanding of the relationship between education, technical expertise and training delivery
Good understanding of Healthcare IT & the digital infrastructure within the NHS
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and teamwork
Good business acumen and commercial awareness
Demonstrable experience delivering training and education to individuals and larger audience
Strong networking skills
Proficient at building robust relationships at all levels within the NHS
