Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 3+ years of experience in Professional Development within a law firm, with a strong focus on CLE compliance, required
  • Hands-on experience managing CLE accreditation, including filing applications, securing approvals, and ensuring accurate credit allocation and reporting
  • Proven experience preparing and submitting state-specific CLE filings, including annual reports (e.g., New York), renewals, and provider applications
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. CLE rules, reporting requirements, and attorney compliance tracking
  • Experience maintaining CLE records, auditing program documentation, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training programs and secure CLE credit
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
