Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, required
3+ years of experience in Professional Development within a law firm, with a strong focus on CLE compliance, required
Hands-on experience managing CLE accreditation, including filing applications, securing approvals, and ensuring accurate credit allocation and reporting
Proven experience preparing and submitting state-specific CLE filings, including annual reports (e.g., New York), renewals, and provider applications
Strong knowledge of U.S. CLE rules, reporting requirements, and attorney compliance tracking
Experience maintaining CLE records, auditing program documentation, and ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Ability to partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate training programs and secure CLE credit
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
