Job Description:

In this role, the Client Processor will perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. The position involves providing analytics and reporting services, with a focus on improving and automating transaction processing systems. The role also includes advising teams to ensure timely service delivery and participating in product development and system testing for high-value transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • A total of 3-5 years of work experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications like Word, is required
  • Detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload effectively
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred
  • Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting is preferred
  • Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
