Job Responsibility

Lead management and initial contact
Sales consultation
Complete the Sales Consultant Call (SC) within 24 hours after all scheduled appointments
Confirm client timeframe (specific to a week and a day)
Confirm clients needs
Confirm clients budget
Lead client meetings to design the in-home remodeling sales process
Provide project quote to the customer during initial design consult unless further complex project scoping is needed
Review financing options for all clients (Cash, 12 months same as cash, Finance plan with monthly payment amount)
Prepare and complete all contract documents
