Job Responsibility

  • Allocate accommodation in line with booking requirements, guest requests and resort availability
  • Manage room/unit moves, upgrades and special requests
  • Optimise occupancy levels while balancing operational efficiencies
  • Highlight opportunities in calendar to fulfil operationally beneficial tasks
  • Ensure allocations align with cleaning schedules and maintenance availability
  • Maintain accurate booking records and allocation systems
  • Monitor arrivals, departures and in-stay changes daily
  • Update systems promptly to reflect changes, cancellations or amendments
  • Produce allocation reports as required
  • Support Guest Services with allocation queries
  • Resolve pre-arrival allocation issues to minimise guest disruption
  • Assist with handling special requirements (accessibility needs, group bookings, VIP guests)
  • Contribute to delivering a seamless check-in experience
  • Liaise closely with Accommodation and Guest Services teams to ensure accommodation readiness
  • Escalate availability issues or overbooking risks promptly
  • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support as required with productivity roll out initiatives
  • Provide support across team with all productivity tasks as required
  • Support creation of packs/key cutting as required

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure, particularly during peak changeover days
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Good understanding of operational flow within a holiday park environment (desirable)
