Job Responsibility:
Play a key role in shaping the product offering for our developer productivity applications
Create and manage product roadmaps, detailing future features and releases
Build a deep understanding of user problems, needs and feedback based on research and data
Partner with our external providers, internal stakeholders and our development teams to create real value
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement with peers and stakeholders
Review product demos with the development team and stakeholders against acceptance criteria for the feature set
Prepare launches and monitor platform performance, adoption, and operational health for feature sets
Engage across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial design and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions
Act as a trusted consultant and partner to developers worldwide within Citi
Provide expert guidance, facilitating their onboarding and maximizing their utilization of the innovative tools and platforms you help create
Serve as a subject matter expert for both senior stakeholders and team members
Role model engineering excellence and play your part in actively fostering a culture of continuous learning and openly sharing your knowledge and experience
Requirements:
3-5 years in a technology role or product development/product management environment
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
data driven and results-oriented
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience in running distributed, cloud-based services
Experience writing SQL queries to perform analysis
Experience working with business intelligence tooling such as Tableau would be advantageous
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle
