Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Productivity Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing savings initiatives, promoting efficiency, optimizing budgets, and monitoring performance to drive sustained productivity improvements across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze and challenge existing cost-saving measures
  • Identify new opportunities for financial savings and efficiency gains
  • Encourage business units to seek productivity improvements and gains
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
  • Work with departments to streamline expenses
  • Challenge teams to reallocate resources effectively for maximum impact
  • Establish productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress based on agreed models with business functions
  • Monitor and report financial savings from productivity initiatives
  • Ensure clear understanding and accountability of savings efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Min 3 years work experience within Productivity tasks, ideally in an international matrix organization
  • Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Productivity analyst tasks, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW, SNOW, etc.
  • Ability to work fully independently and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly Germany)
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and cost-saving strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Work ethic and integrity
