Safe and hygienic operation of plant equipment and machinery
Maintain hygiene standards of processing areas and ensuring consistent cleanliness of facility
Understand and follow all aspects of the company’s HACCP Program
Understand and fulfil health and safety responsibilities within the property
Other ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
Physical capability: Comfort and experience with tasks such as unpacking meat boxes, standing for extended periods, cutting or hanging meat, and general cleaning
Comfort with raw meat: We primarily handle beef, but there are occasional requirements to work with pork products
