In Meer (Hoogstraten), we are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our crew in a full-time 3-shift system (early, late, and night). As a key Manufacturing Operator, your main focus is to keep our manufacturing lines running without a hitch from Monday to Friday. We create top-tier plastic packaging for clients worldwide, and we need a hands-on Factory Worker to help us deliver that exact quality every single day. Working alongside a solid, no-nonsense team, your role as a Production Employee is all about keeping the machinery humming, spotting potential issues early, and ensuring the final product looks flawless. Simply put: you are the driving force on the shop floor.
Job Responsibility:
You operate and keep a close eye on modern machinery that produces plastic bottles and jerrycans. You make sure everything keeps running like clockwork.
You are our final filter. You perform regular checks to ensure every bottle or can that leaves the line is perfect and meets all safety standards.
You pack the finished products quickly and neatly into boxes. You also make sure the right labels are in the right place—it's all about the details!
You stack the jerrycans and canisters onto the correct pallets. To save your back and keep things moving, you'll use an electric pallet truck (EPT) or BT to transport them to the warehouse.
Requirements:
You don't sit around waiting for work
you see what needs to be done and you dive in. You take pride in being a reliable part of the team.
Have you worked in a factory or at a production line before? That's a big plus! If not, don't worry—as long as you have the right drive, we are happy to teach you the ropes.
You are flexible and happy to work in a 3-shift rotation. Whether it's morning, afternoon, or night, you're there with full energy.
You can understand and speak both Dutch and English well. It is vital to follow safety rules and chat with your teammates without any mix-ups.
You have your own transportation to get to the industrial zone in Meer (Hoogstraten) so you're always on time for your shift.
Nice to have:
