Become our new Production Worker at Isringhausen in Lokeren! Full-time job with 2 shifts and a wage of €16.43 gross per hour. Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual seeking a rewarding career in manufacturing? Isringhausen, a leading manufacturer of automotive seating systems, offers a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Lokeren as a full-time Production Assembler! This is your chance to contribute to the production of high-quality seating for renowned automotive brands!

Job Responsibility:

Assembling seat components
Covering cushions with fabric
Performing quality control checks

Requirements:

Demonstrated technical aptitude, either through formal training or personal experience (e.g., working on cars or motorcycles)
Stable work history demonstrating reliability
Experience in automotive assembly is beneficial but not mandatory
Ability to lift up to 25 kg
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Ability to work a two-shift system (5:55 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM)
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions precisely
Teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solving skills
Fluency in Dutch or English
Primary education

Nice to have:

Experience in automotive assembly
