Job Description:

BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers. The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes: 1. Aggregation Depots 2. Warehouse Network 3. Managed Biofuel Processing Plants The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise the daily production/operation of activities of briquetting/pellets plant
  • Manage warehouse operations, inflow/outflow of RM/FGs, and maintain accurate stock records
  • Monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance
  • To ensure and maintain Quality Control for inward & Outward raw materials and finish goods
  • To ensure Quality control and Assurance for Customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the records of daily production on Online Planform
  • Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction (WI ), Policy for plant and warehouse operations
  • Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant/Warehouse premises
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • ITI in Electrical or Mechanical fitter
  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
