Production Test Technician

• Follow established electronic test plans and procedures
• Work with test systems, including both hardware and software
• Improve the accuracy and reliability of test results through continuous improvement
• Build a solid understanding of the company’s products and systems
• Produce clear fault reports to support ongoing product improvements
• Contribute to ATE test program development for new products
• Fault-find down to component level
• Carry out clean, accurate repairs on electronic assemblies
• Use new test methods, fixtures, and cables as required

• HNC, BTEC Level 3, or similar qualification in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Some experience in electronic testing (manufacturing or R&D preferred)
• Good understanding of electronic test methods and equipment
• Ability to test and fault-find to component level
• Awareness of standards such as ISO 9001 and IPC
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Good communication skills and strong organisational habits

Understanding of HV, RF, or microwave testing is desirable (training provided)
