Job Description:

You will support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment, including hands-on assembly of robotic components, material handling, or a combination of both. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and assemble components by studying blueprints, instructions, and parts lists
  • Move, stage, or deliver materials
  • Operate pallet jacks or carts
  • Assist with kitting, labeling, and organization
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning
  • Perform quality inspections and document actions
  • Follow production and quality procedures consistently
  • Prioritize safety by adhering to manufacturing procedures and safe work practices
  • Support supply inventory management
  • Work closely with associates, managers, and engineers involved in builds

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of power tools and small hand tools
  • Ability to read instructions and execute steps accurately
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and manufacturing software use
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working in a mechanical, team-based environment
  • Electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Inventory documentation and scanning accuracy
  • Basic material handling skills (pallet jacks staging kitting)
  • Basic computer skills (data entry manufacturing software)
  • Proficiency with power tools and small hand tools
  • Ability to read blueprints work instructions and parts lists
  • Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Reconcile headcount needed on a per shift basis based on schedule production demands
  • Perform scheduled quality checks, disposition product, identify any deviations that may occur and take the appropriate action to include stopping production on the machine if necessary
  • Inspect finished product to ensure quality standards are being met
  • Execute Batch/Code changes, tank changes, as well as sub lots as required
  • Document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system
  • Investigate, identify and correct or escalate any inefficiency in the machine’s performance including mechanical wear, alignment, adjustment, and setup issues
  • Develop standard work for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers
