Job Responsibility
Executes a broad range of operational activities and processes (such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, operate all equipment), to execute stages in production, contributing to a safe, effective and efficient production processes
Periodically inspects and highlight maintenance required on the production equipment, signaling defects and deficiencies
Logs data and information on production orders and activities in the appropriate systems to have a complete administration and insight in the state and progress of production orders
Signals deviations in current processes, techniques and/or systems and flags opportunities for improvement with supervisor, to continuously optimize and improve operational (work) processes, tools and systems and participate in improvement projects
Works in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures, as well as operational standards. Promotes awareness and signals potential hazardous and or unsafe situations, takes appropriate action is case of imminent unsafe situations
Ensures the work area is left clean and in a safe working condition and that there are no hazardous situations. Maintains the appearance of the production line, working area and production site
Requirements
At least 2+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in production management
Able to operate all types of equipment and machinery that requires advanced specialized
Ability to work in 10-hour shift- 4 days a week (2 days - 2 night)
Ability to bent, twist, lift and carry- 5 to 10 kgs of weight occasionally
Strong manufacturing background with experience in production
Nice to have
Previous experience in the aquaculture industry
